Torque is like strength and power is speed.
Imagine a strong buffed up dude and a slim athletic person.
A strong buffed up dude can lift more weight, punch harder and pull harder but can’t run or sprint fast- high torque.
Second slim athletic person can’t lift as much, can’t punch as hard but can run or sprint much faster than the first buffed guy- more power.
