The Citroen Aircross has been a good car from the start, but with obvious caveats that made most people look away. Citroen wanted to fix that with the X variant, and the Aircross X improves almost everything, making it a better proposition than before. There are still obvious reasons to look past it, but a test drive is now a must rather than a maybe, as it was earlier.
A question for the community;
how has the Service & repair/bodyshop experience been?
Overall costs? parts costs? parts availability? Attitude of service dept.. out to fleece or provide value?
Would be great if you can provide context and compare to well known brands.
I know of a compass with a leaking sunroof, but the replacement part took 3months! the owner had to use cellotape every week till then (obviously it was monsoons when he found out)
since its the same parent company, worried attitudes might remain even across price brackets.
