The Kylaq is far more enjoyable in Indian conditions than the bigger Kushaq. But it is not the most practical or sensible sub-4m SUV.

The Kylaq's suspension strikes a sweet balance. It is smooth, light and quiet over broken roads, yet enjoyable in twisties.
Skoda has tweaked the 1-litre turbo petrol engine, making it smoother and easier to drive with automatic and manual transmissions.
Not so premium experience. The inconsistent brakes, weak air conditioning, or the cabin's look and feel are a letdown.
