The Scrambler 400X has a 19-inch front wheel, different gearing, longer suspension travel than the Speed 400. It makes it better over bad roads and of course, taller.
The Scrambler is one of the taller motorcycles in its segment, but you can get used to it within a week. The key is to remember that it's easy to ride and friendly.
Triumph designed the 400X but Bajaj manufactures it and is also responsible for sales and service in India. But since Triumph contracts Bajaj to do this, it's a Triumph.
Bajaj completely manages the Triumph brand in India. Since Triumph doesn't have a registered office in India, its products are registered under the Bajaj brand.
Compared to its counterparts, this engine is a little more thirsty. If you need better, the Speed T4, with a different engine tune, returns about 15% more.

Mavrick 440
The Hero Mavrick 440 is the second bike from the Hero-Harley project, and it's a good ride! The Mavrick is retro because its long-stroke motor offers torque and a reasonably low redline. But it also has a capable chassis with 17-inch wheels, making it agile and fun to ride. It's an odd combination, but it's good to ride despite the challenge for the design team. The chassis is similar to the X440, too, but changes to suspension, geometry, and wheels make the Mavrick more able.
